The breads at Roma Deli & Restaurant come from More Than Bread, Giuseppe’s wholesale bakery.

More Than Bread produces over 200 types of artisan breads, pastries and cakes for popular restaurants and hotels throughout Las Vegas, including such famous ones as Bertolini’s, Stratosphere, Bellagio and the Mandalay Bay.
